• Redesign the space
• Draw, prepare and submit multiple complex conservation area planning applications
• Manage the tender process
• Project manage the fit out including all procurement of fixtures, fittings and equipment
• Manage the audio/ visual, alarm systems, fire safety & building control elements of the build
• Negotiated some incredible free furniture for our clients from one of our high end trade suppliers
